
Any prior experience in business management is helpful. The most important characteristics for successfully managing a Steak Escape® restaurant are organizational skills, people skills, a dedication to hard work, contagious enthusiasm, and a strict adherence to the standards and specifications of the Steak Escape® System.
The royalty fee, paid monthly, is six percent (6%) of gross sales.
Steak Escape® currently collects one-half percent (1/2%) of gross sales for marketing production costs, payable monthly.
At this time, Steak Escape® does not offer financial assistance. We will, however, supply you with what information we can to assist in your preparation of a business plan for presentation to a financial institution(s). We also can introduce you to leasing or financing representatives that we have developed relationships with since 1982.
Costs will vary depending on the type of location chosen and the amount of construction that is required. The menu will vary slightly depending on the concept you choose. Beyond this, we will work with you to incorporate local favorites, customizing some of the menu items to your market.
