What are the estimated costs involved in opening a Steak Escape?

The following represents typical costs related to opening a Steak Escape® franchise in the food court of an enclosed mall.

How much is the monthly royalty?

The royalty fee, paid monthly, is six percent (6%) of gross sales.

Is there a monthly advertising and marketing fee?

Steak Escape® currently collects one-half percent (1/2%) of gross sales for marketing production costs, payable monthly.

Does Steak Escape® offer financial assistance?

At this time, Steak Escape® does not offer financial assistance. We will, however, supply you with what information we can to assist in your preparation of a business plan for presentation to a financial institution(s). We also can introduce you to leasing or financing representatives that we have developed relationships with since 1982.
