The royalty fee, paid monthly, is six percent (6%) of gross sales.

Is there a monthly advertising and marketing fee?

Steak Escape Sandwich Grill currently collects one-half percent (½%) of gross sales for marketing production costs, payable monthly.

Does Steak Escape Sandwich Grill offer financial assistance?

Steak Escape Sandwich Grill does not offer financial assistance at this time. We will, however, supply you with what information we can to assist in your preparation of a business plan for presentation to a financial institution(s). We also can introduce you to leasing or financing representatives with whom we have developed relationships since 1982.

How much does it cost to start?

We are looking for entrepreneurs who are interested in owning, running and working in their own business. There are opportunities available to become a master franchisee, especially in international markets. For more information on this, please give us a call.

How much flexibility do franchisees have with the menu?

The menu will vary slightly depending on the venue you choose. Beyond this, we will work with you to incorporate local favorites and to customize some of the menu items to your market.
