- You and your representative(s) will recieve 4 weeks of comprehensive training divided between our training HQ and your Steak Escape Sandwich Grill.

New Store Openings
- Once your restaurant is built, we need to make sure we make a GREAT first impression on your customers.
- We will send a team to your opening to assist in training your staff and to work side-by-side with you through the opening week.
- Our experienced field staff will visit your restaurant on a regular basis to help you understand how to improve sales and profitability.
- Regional Consultants are here to help with training, marketing implementation, and whatever you need to make the business more successful in the long run.
- Our marketing department provides each franchisee with a menu of proven, effective marketing tactics to draw customers to your store on a regular basis.
- Each year we provide franchisees with three to four limited time offers, providing your customers with the variety they seek, while promoting Steak Escape Sandwich Grill’s high quality products.
- Our technology platform allows you to see how your business is performing against established benchmarks.
- Exception reporting allows you to see anomalies in your business that are costing you money, and shows you how to prevent them from happening in the future.
