Accessibility Statement
Effective July 27, 2026
Our commitment
Steak Escape is committed to providing people with disabilities equal access to our website information, public forms, location information, and services. We design, develop, and test the website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We review new releases, investigate reported barriers, and make reasonable improvements as technology, content, and accessibility guidance change.
Accessibility measures
Our current accessibility practices include:
- keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and interactive controls;
- visible keyboard focus and skip-to-content navigation;
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, instructions, and status messages;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- responsive layouts that support mobile use, browser zoom, and text reflow;
- accessible error identification and required-field communication; and
- automated accessibility checks and targeted keyboard/browser testing before production releases.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing website content or completing a website task, contact us. We will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible and investigate the reported barrier.

When reporting a barrier, please identify the page or task, describe the problem, and tell us the best way to contact you. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
Our response process
We review accessibility reports, aim to confirm receipt within two business days when contact information is provided, assess the affected experience, and prioritize remediation based on severity and impact. Barriers that prevent ordering, submitting a form, finding a location, or contacting us receive urgent review. When an immediate technical correction is not available, we will work with you on a reasonable alternative method of access.
Third-party services
Some functions, including online ordering, maps, CAPTCHA, social media, and external employment or service-provider content, may be operated by third parties. We do not control every aspect of those services, but we want to know when they create an access barrier so we can assist you and raise the issue with the provider.
If an ordering service is not accessible, use the contact information above or contact the selected restaurant from its location page. We will help identify a reasonable alternative way to place the order without requiring you to disclose disability or medical information.
Standards and limitations
Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes our accessibility program and does not claim that every page or third-party service is free from every accessibility barrier. We welcome feedback that helps us improve.
